We are having issues with tables that run over multiple pages when converted to PDF. When converting it seems to misread how the rows and cells are split and adds in rows where they are not needed and puts data cells into the wrong row.  This is fiddly to fix.  Is this is known bug or does anyone have any quick fixes?

This is not a problem in Acrobat, but in the application that creates the PDF file. How are you creating your PDF files?

We create our PDFs using the Adobe add-in in Word and select 'create PDF'. Is there a way to avoid this error?

Hi Karl,

No, when we 'save as PDF' this still bring back table regularity errors. This happens when we have a large table that goes across several pages and has merged cells. Adobe puts cell information in different rows and misses out rows.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
