Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Text format icons greyed out

Icons in the right pane for formating text in text box are all greyed out:

I have clicked the text box and selected text therein.

The version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I use is Continuous Release | 2020.006.20034.

How to fix it?

Hi,

If the text box is actually a comment then you would need to select the comment panel which should then show the tools to change the formatting of the comment.

The formatting tools are then shown along the top of the window (in my set up anyway)
