Hi All, I am seeking assistance with document links expiring quickly. We were able to issue documents until recently without the links expiring until the documents were cancelled. This changed to links expiring in about a week and now a link is lasting less than 2 days. I have tried to find the Link adjustment setting in security but the information found on line is quite old - from 2022. Further, documents that were cancelled years ago have appeared in the 'In Progress' tab and there is no way of removing them despite selecting the hide agreement option. Please assist.

If the issue occurs with all the documents that you send, please confirm if you made any recent changes after which this behavior started.
We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here on the community page. It shows you have an Acrobat Sign individual plan. The settings to change the link expiration are not available.
The settings are generally available under the Security settings.
