Adobe Acrobat Pro Fill Text Box - Color

Just downloaded this.  Editing a document.  Need to fill text box with color. 

The document I'm editing has the text box seen in the attached.  I need to change that color, so I've created a new text box and will delete the old one.  The new text box needs a different color, but I can't figure out how to fill.

I have looked and searched everywhere  - including Adobe Community - and can't find a way to do it.  Apologize if it has already been posted here, but I couldn't find an answer.  Most responses refer to forms.  This is a document.

Please help!

Is adding a form fill text box the only way to create a text box with a fill color?  Using  Version: 24.2.20895.0
