Adobe Acrobat Pro Installation in second computer OK without Creative Cloud?

I have a permanent Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 license in one computer and wish to install license in a second computer.  Do I need to pay for and use Creative Cloud to install license in the second computer?  Adobe is not clear on this and I have no interest in Creative Cloud.

From whom did you purchase Acrobat 2020?

 

If it was purchased directly from Adobe and your computer supports it, you should be able to use your original installation disks or downloads that you received at purchase.

 

If it was purchased from a 3rd party, contact the vendor or consult the license that came with it.

in august 2020 i bought adobe pro 2020 directly from adobe and now cannot install it on a second laptop it also stating that my my serial number was revoked, please help.the serial number is on the adobe site under my name
