I have used cloud connect to confirm that the user is licensed for Acrobat Pro. When opening the Acrobat Pro software it opens as Adobe Reader (64 bit). The licensed user is signed in to the app. The editing tools are not visible.
Additional information. Adobe reader was also installed via intune and has since been uninstalled.

Hi Amal,
Thank you for the reply. I spoke to support on the phone and I was able to sidestep the issue by using the cleaner tool and then installing the 32bit version. The issues I've had with the 64 bit edition are an obstical to my work goals so avoiding the 64 bit version is my current fix.

Hi Gavin
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Please try to run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once, and reinstall the Acrobat Pro Dc from the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that helps.
Regards
Amal
