Hello,

we have bought adobe acrobat pro 3 days ago, but still can not use it. When i try to for example use edit text, it is saying to try 7 day trial mode. In admin console, it is saying by the profile, that it is without access with red dot.

Can anyone help?

In a situation like this, the user has to check the following:

  • The user uses the same email ID used at the time of purchasing the subscription.
  • Try signing out from the app and signing back in
  • Close the app and relaunch it.
  • Windows users: Search Distiller, launch it, and leave it open for a moment; if you aren't signed in properly, it will prompt you to sign in again.

All the above-mentioned suggestions will help if you have an active subscription on your account.

You say you "bought" Acrobat. Do you mean you purchased a (so-called) perpetual license, or a subscription?
