Adobe Acrobat Pro Prepare a Form Crashing

I'm unable to edit or create a form without it crashing.  While editing my existing forms and select properties for the fields it will automatically crash.  This is the same way when I create a new form and try to add any form component whether its text, radio checkbox and I select properties it crashes. I have version 25.1.  Any else having this issue and know how to fix it?  Thank you.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat application you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.20982. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once. 

Also check if this is an issue with a particular PDF file or with other PDFs as well? If its a file specific issue please share the PDF file in question and a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs so that we can check it at our end. 

Please collect the Acrobat diagnostic logs as described here https://adobe.ly/3XAtjwo and share it via any cloud storage of your choice for further investigation.
