Adobe Acrobat Pro "Dokument konnte nicht für Reader aktiviert werden" | Dringende Hilfe

Ich bin Newbie, habe ein dringendes Problem und bin auf Eure Hilfe angewiesen.

1. Ich habe ein dringendes Problem. Ich muss das angehängte, dynamische PDF-Formular (XFA) für Adobe Reader erweitern, so dass Daten gespeichert und das Formular unterzeichnet werden kann. Leider kann ich das seit diesem Jahr nicht mehr (siehe Punkt 2). Kann das jemand von Euch für mich machen? Es ist wirklich dringend. Danke!

2. Ich habe folgende Adobe Produkte. Seit diesem Jahr kann ich jedoch die in LCD erstellten, dynamischen PDFs nicht mehr für den Adobe Acrobat Reader erweitern. Weiss jemand, ob es mit diesem Artikel zu tun hat (Impact of Adobe Root CA certificate expiration on Reader Extended PDFs) und wenn ja, welche Massnahmen ich in LCD oder Acrobat Pro umsetzen müsste, um das Problem zu lösen? Gibt es Workarounds? Herzlichen Dank für Eure Rückmeldung.

--> Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, Version 9.0.0 (wird zum "erweitern" der PDFs genutzt)

--> Adobe LifeCylce Designer 11 for SAP Solutions, Version 11.0.9.20211220.1.16

--> Adobe Acrobat Pro, Version (wird ebenfalls für das "Erweitern" genutzt)

--> Adobe Reader DC, Version 2021.005.20060

--> Adobe Reader DC, Version 2022.003.20310

(keine Zusammenstellung der Varianten funktioniert mehr)

Hello dear community,

I am a newbie, have an urgent problem and need your help.

1. I have an urgent problem. I need to extend the attached dynamic PDF form (XFA) for Adobe Reader so that data can be saved and the form can be signed. Unfortunately, I have not been able to do this since this year (see point 2). Can one of you do this for me? It's really urgent. Thank you!

2. I have the following Adobe products. Since this year, however, I can no longer expand the dynamic PDFs created in LCD for Adobe Acrobat Reader. Does anyone know if it has to do with this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-extended-pdfs-and-adobe-root-ca-expiry.html) and if so, what measures would I have to implement in LCD or Acrobat Pro to solve the problem? Are there any workarounds? Thank you very much for your feedback.

It works with version 2023.006.20380 of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.

Hi Bernd. Thanks for your reply! Okay, interesting to hear! Are you able to save the input data as well as to sign and save the file digitally with the version 2023.006.20380?

Hi Bern. Sorry for bothering you. Could you apply your magice once more to the attached file? I tried Version 2023.006.20380 DC Reader but unfortunately it didn't work. I guess it's again another version? Regards,
