Adobe Acrobat Pro Removing Characters Once Redacted

Hi All, Currently having issues with redaction tool as it is counting certain letters as "Hidden Information", then it removes them once redacted>santaize and remove hidden information. I have to sanatize and remove hidden information. Any suggestion to fix the missing font? I am simply saving a email as PDF.
