Adobe Acrobat Pro - Send a Copy Option

Hi there,
I am trying to put the function of “Send a copy” button in Adobe. This is a screenshot from google .

However I don’t have this button. This is Adobe Acrobat pro version. I tried to update it but it is not working.
Do we have any workaround of bringing the option?

Thanks for reaching out. 
This feature function is available in Fill and Sign. It is enabled when you choose the option " Save a certified copy" and then the option "Send a copy."

If you could elaborate on your requirement, we may have some other suggestions or workarounds to offer. Also, wait for more input from experts.

Hi Tariq,
When we try to load the pdf and go to the fill and sign options it displays the tools like this as shown in the screenshot.
And the pdf can't be saved as a certified copy as per the instructions.
When I try to add sign and comments on the pdf I couldn't be able to save them as a certified copy.
