When we attempt to access the license login page through the Acrobat Pro application, we encounter the error displayed in the attached image. Despite configuring our institution's firewall (FW) and proxy settings to allow full access to Acrobat addresses, the error persists. Could you please provide us with the specific IP addresses of the license servers?
