A colleague has sent me a PDF to sign however there are no navigation tools, the mouse does nothing except scroll up and down using the wheel. Ctrl+scroll no longer zooms in and you have to navigate with the direction keys/zoom using +/- keys or the buttons on the bottom ribbon. As the document requires a signature I would have thought being able to navigate around and review the PDF would be a key requirement during the fill and sign process.
Why would all the navigation functionality be removed just because you are signing a document not viewing? The only option for horizontal scrolling is using the arrow keys.
