Hi I'm currently trying to launch Adobe Acrobat Pro and I'm getting to following error.

I've purchased acrobat pro 2020 through TechSoup and installed it after uninstalling acrobat pro 2017. However, every time I start it, it gives the message "sorry, something went wrong." I'm running a windows 10 PC. The help files for this error only seem to address the MacOS. Windows Defender has been turned off.
