I am creating a form using Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2022 64 Bit
I select add Text
"Do you like coffee?"  add a radio button, add text "Yes"  second radio button "No"

The Yes automatically combines with the text box "Do you like coffee?"

How can I prevent text from combining?

Space them out. There's no explicit way of doing it, as Acrobat interprets the text dynamically, based on rules we don't know and can't change.
