Adobe Acrobat Pro XI activation

I am having issues with regestering my Pro XI.  Don't seem to get any help from tech support.  I was told to uninstall and reinstall, well I can not uninstall or modify.  I have been trying to PDF a document, and it keeps throwing me out.  I bought this through work, which was a bulk purchase, because we needed it for work and since most of us, worked from home, we were allowed to buy one for home.  I have the CD, key code and still having issues.  Any ideas

you don't need to register to use all the features of acrobat pro xi.  you need to install and activate.

 

what are you having trouble with and what's your os?
