When I log into my account to view my registered serial numbers it shows nothing registered. I just updated my computer set up and when I log in my account, it no longer shows the account has any products registered with it. I do not have the product serial anymore and now have no access to Adobe Acrobat althouh I did pay for it.

Your current Adobe account does not show any Acrobat product registered under it. There was a subscription, but that's inactive/canceled.
We don't see any license under it.
If you have purchased a license or a subscription, that should be associated with your Adobe account.
Please think of if there's any other email address that you might have registered on Adobe. https://account.adobe.com/

there are several possible ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.
1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html
2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com
3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,
