Adobe Acrobat Professional CS6 Install problem

Hello,

I´ve changed my PC and tried to install my creative suite CS6. Everything worked out fine except Acrobat.

I got this error message:

Exit Code: 6

Please see specific errors and warnings below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW050 ...

Hi ftp666,

Try replicating the issue in a new user account by clicking on the Start button > control panel > add or remove user accounts > create a new account. Login into that account, and try installing there.

Its always this:

ERROR: Third party payload installer AcroPro.msi failed with exit code: 1603

should I re download the package maybe?
and btw, I get tons of messages from people trying to scam my serial number telling me they are from the support...

Thanks for the info. Try the troubleshooting steps given in the following forum thread help document:

Error 1603: A fatal error occurred during Adobe Creative Suite installation

Also, never share your serial number with anyone pretending to be from adobe support.

Scammer asking for serial number
