Adobe Acrobat "Digital Sign" or "Certify" does not prevent copying elements of the pdf.

I have Adobe Acrobat Standard version 2022.003.20314 - 64 bit.

The problem is that After the document is digitally signed or Certified the other parties can still copy elements of the document (like images).

Example: using Windows system.

- Open a pdf document

- Click edit and add an image to your document (company logo, company seal image, etc)

- Go to Certificates and digitally sign or Certify the document.

- Send the document

- Open the document that was sent (on the other computer)

- Click the image and press Ctrl +C or right-click and click copy

- The image can be copied to any other pdf.

I notice you can completely encrypt the document with a password in Security but once you do that it cannot be certified anymore. Is there an option to digitally sign and prevent "Content Copying"

I did, but it failed to secure the document.

For example:

-Open Document

-Click prepare form and add a signature field

- Go to Protect and encrypt with certificate (with the copy option unchecked).  Save the document (the changes take effect until you save the document).

- Open the saved copy,  digitally sign it on the signature field, and save it again. The problem persists, images are still able to be copied.

The document still allows the copying of images. I wish adobe would let the users pick what to lock when they digitally sign a document using a friendly checkbox option in the same certificates tab.
