Adobe Acrobat Reader crashes in Windows 10

Dear Community,

my PDF reader keeps hanging in my windos 10.

I tried various methods,reinstalling,changing security settings etc.but it won't work.

When it happened the first time in the end I reinstalled windows and reinstalled Acrobat Reader and that has worked untill now its hanging up again.(2 months)The problem with reinstalling windows is that I lost nearly all my programs and had also to reinstall them.

Please help!
