lately, i have more and more users(5 to this day) that have this bug: when they have selected a PDF file, the windows explorer preview becomes an FTP-like browser(see attached png) interface, if we repair the installation, it will go back to normal and show the preview, but it will go back to this "FTP-like" interface after a week and we will have to repair it again.
any ideas how to fix it permanently?
