Adobe Acrobat Reader DC wird zu Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Hallo Adobe Community,

ich habe seid einer Woche das Problem, dass auf einem Terminalserver der Installierte Adobe Acrobat Reader DC plötzlich zu einem Adobe Acrobat Pro DC wird. Die folge ist, dass die User ohne Adobe-ID keine PDFs mehr öffnen können. Abhilfe hilft nur die Deinstallation des Programmes, ein Neustart vom Server und dann wieder die Installation vom Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Dann hät es wieder ein paar Stunden bis einen Tag und das Spiel geht wieder von vorne los.
