Hello all,

If someone can please help guide me or give me feedback, it would be greatly appreciated. For the past couple of days, I have been trying to request an E-signature for one file regarding work. It only allows me to type out the recipient and then when I click the "specify where to sign" button it loads and then gets automatically stuck at 72% and doesn't move at all or complete loading. I'm not sure what the issue is or how to solve it and I have a deadline I need to reach. I've tried filling in the document from scratch and restarting the process about 10 times and I am still stuck with the same issue. Can someone please help me?

Thank you.

Hi Sariah,

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Please Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

Also, please try to log out of the application, reboot the computer once and re-login with the same Adobe ID and check.

You may also try to request signatures via Adobe Document Cloud https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal
