New Here ,
Jul 13, 2023 Jul 13, 2023

Bonjour,

Hi @Nicolas302989944h3d

Thanks for reporting this to us.

Is it a pdf file not opening in Adobe Acrobat, or its the application itself?

Have you started experiencing this issue after installing the latest update for Windows or Acrobat?

  • Please open Task Manager and select the Acrobat processes running in the background and >End Task.
  • If the application is launching, go to File>Open>select the pdf file you want to open and try. Does it open this way?
  • Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

To download the patch manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Let us know if it makes any progress.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hello,
I'm coming back to you after several tries, Adobe Acrobat refuses to open whatever happens, whether it's in administrator or to open a pdf file, the software won't open.

The patches don't work either.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times but nothing works.

How can I get it to work again?

Thank You

Bonjour,

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing while printing the PDF file? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity. Also a small video recording of the steps you ae doing and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Also, ensure the Acrobat application is updated to the latest version, 25.01.20756. Go to Help > check for update and reboot the computer once.

Please go through the help page https://adobe.ly/4naA0j4 and see if that helps.

~Amal
