New Here ,
Jul 18, 2024 Jul 18, 2024

Bonjour,

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initials
%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsi
%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsk

Hi GenHall,

Thank you for reaching out.

This is a known issue, and the team is working on fixing it. Please try the workaround and check if that helps.

Open the Run window by pressing Window+R on your keyboard. Paste the following file path into the Run window and click the OK button.

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initials
%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsi
%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsk

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hello Meenakshi,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, this does not work... when I paste the path that you've given, it opens a new window asking me to choose an app, I click on Adobe Acrobat and then a new pop up informs me that it cannot open the file, as per attached print screens.

Can you help further please ?

Many thanks in advance

Genevieve
