Adobe Acrobat Sign in Loop

Hello,

 

I have a user who is able to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application successfully but is met with a unending sign-in loop when launching Adobe Acrobat. I have done the following:

 

  • checked for Adobe Creative Cloud  updates
  • checked for Adobe Acrobat updates
  • checked for Windows 10 updates
  • singed out of both CC and Acrobat, closed both programs from Task Manager, and relaunched Creative Cloud
  • uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat version 2024.002.20759
