This is driving me crazy. Adobe Acrobat is regularly consuming 12% + of my CPU... while it's not even open!
I am using Windows 10 Pro for Workstations.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling which hasn't worked. I tired this twice - the second time uninstalling creative cloud desktop too. I've also tried uninstalling the genuine softrware checker thing. I've looked for other suggestions online such as unticking using page cache but haven't found anything which makes a difference yet.
It's infuriating that sucn a relatively 'basic' support piece of software is giving me such hassle and disrupting my work.
Can anyone offer any advice please?
Many thanks,
Alex
