Adobe Acrobat Standard DC - Save As Window does not pop up

Clicked on save as and nothing happens, already went to preferences/general/ and deselected-unchecked the following. Show online storage when opening files and Show online storage when saving files, clicked on OK however this made no difference. Checked for updates and everything is up to date.

Thanks for reporting this to us.

We suspect you have started experiencing this issue after installing the latest patch. Is that right?

Since you have already tried all the possible solutions, so we'd Would you mind removing the application once and reinstalling it. 

Before that, try closing the Acrobat instances running in the background from Task manager> services [Windows] Or

Activity monitor [Mac]
