I allow myself this message concerning Acrobat Standard XI compatibility with Windows 11.

When I try to install the product, I get the following error message:

Should I contact support for this?

No. Acrobat XI is an old and unsupported version. They can't help you with this issue.

Your best chance is to try and run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 8 or even 7.
