Adobe Acrobat X Standard - Installation File needed

Hello,

in our company we use Acrobat X Standard on a computer. This computer is now replaced by a newer one.

The old original Acrobat X Standard CD is not readable anymore. We still have the Serial Code.

What to do to install the program on the new computer? Where can I download the installation file? Is there another way?

I have a similar problem. Had to reset my computer due to a virus. I then logged on to Adobe.com (where I purchased Acrobat X in Aug. 2011) only to find out that the link allowing me to download and reinstall the program is no longer there. I really need this program for my charity work. Can you please help me get it back? I have the serial number.

Hello Rave,

I have the same problem as everyone in this thread. May I also have the download link for Acrobat X? We have the serial number (software was purchased separately from hardware) and just need to re-download to a new laptop. 

Also, do we need to uninstall or deactivate the software on the old laptop?

I know there have been many requests on this topic but I am at my wits end.  Our PC came from Dell with Acrobat X preinstalled and no disk was included.  I need to reinstall the program and wish to download it but cannot find where to do that.  Could you please send me a link by email?  Our program is registered and I have the serial code.  Any help you may be able to offer would be greatly appreciated.

@ rockhound1640 : If the software came preinstalled on your Dell machine then you need to download it from :  https://smartsource.dell.com

Make sure you're running it from the Dell computer that had the license. It will install an IE activeX control to determine your system info, and then will take you to a downloads page where you can download all the software your computer was licensed for.

I added a second partion to my Dell Win7 computer to install Win8.1 and test; the computer came with Acrobat XI Standard and I have the serial number, but when I go to https://smartsource.dell.com and register, the active X control doesn't pop up letting me reinstall Acrobat XI Standard.  I think that it doesn't see the Service Tag, since this is a clean installation of Windows 8.1 in the second partition.  Any suggestions?

I logged into the Win7 partition and went to the dell download and the Adobe Standard wasn't there; it was a digital download purchased seperately from the computer, but bought from Dell, so I think it's really an Adobe download, so where can I download Adobe XI Standard, where I could apply my serial number?
