Guten Tag,

 

nach dem Kauf des Packets Adobe Acrobat X Suit war die Installatation erforgreich! Die Software ist auch bereichts in meinem Adobe Account mit der Seriennummer hinterlegt, jedoch ist es nicht Möglich die Software auf dem Rechner frei zu schalten da immer wieder die Meldung erscheint (Produkt kann derzeit nicht registriert werden. Versuchen sie es später erneut!)!

 

Mit dem Kundenservice habe ich schon die Folgenden Schritte durchlaufen jedoch hat es keine positive Auswirkung auf die Software registrierung!

 

  1. Seriennummer im Adoba Account hinterlegt
  2. Host Datei auf Adobe Einträge kontrolliert 
  3. Virenscanner deaktiviert
  4. anderen Administrator Account genutzt
  5. Internetverbindung von WLAN auf Handy Hotspot gewechselt

 

Ohne die Registrierung ist die Funktion der Software leider noch eingeschränkt!

you can't register old software, and you don't need to register it to use it.

 

you just need to activate your acrobat X.  did it activate?  ie, open acrobat>click help>and is activate clickable?

 

if not, it's activated.  if it is clickable, click it and enter your serial number to activate.

Hi,

 

thx for the input its allready activated but i got in LiveCycle an Popup that i had to register in Adobe Acrobat first to use all functions! 

 

And that is not possible at the moment due to the failure!

 

It´s crazy the Function what i couldn´t use before is now working without problems!

 

Looks like the software doesn´t like me!
