Adobe Acrobat XI (11.0.19) update fails

My Acrobat XI Pro (11.0.19) always tells me, there is an update to 11.0.19 - which I already have. If I try to run the update nothing happens. It tries to connect to an update server endlessly... What is going on? Did Adobe stop support? Will there be no more updates? Or is the server down?
