Dear Support Specialist,
I had so much trouble validating my Adobe Acrobat XI with a perpetual license and the correct product key and serial number on my Windows 7 Professional. It keeps complaining that my computer appeared to be offline and asked me to connect to the internet to validate it. The prompt was wrong as my computer is
connected to the internet and I used speedtest.net and verified it. I called four days in a row and it was fixed for only one day, then the same validation request appears again when I opened any PDF.
Please help with your valuable expertise.
