Adobe acrobate plugin

Can i make adobe acrobate plugin without use of internal javascript console in adove . I made a pugin a wrote a code . I open adobe acobrate pro then press cntrl+j that open a javascript terminal i paste my code and my plugin ready to work , but after i close the adobe app , after open again then i have to redo all the things  , press cntrl+j and again have to paste the code . 

Is there any solution of it ?
