Hi Giuseppe

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described you are unable to print the Protected PDF files purchased at UNI store. though other PDF prints well.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to print the PDF files? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Also, as the issue is with UNI PDFs only, would you mind sharing how the PDFs are created? Also, please check the document restriction summary and see if printing is allowed or not. Open the PDF > goto Files > Properties > Under Security tab, check document restrictions summary , Printing.

Also, please share the sample PDF file so that we can check it at our end. https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html

Regards

Amal

Buongiorno Amal,

Fino a qualche mese fa riuscivo a stamparli senza alcuna difficoltà.

Hi there

Thanks for sharing the information. Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that works.

Also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.

You may also checkout the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html and see if that works.

Regards

Amal
