Adobe advanced print setup; output options grayed out

On the advanced print setup, options such as flip, screening, trapping and angle grayed out. I ahve latest driver(postscript) installed. I have attached the snippet of the setup. How do I make those options modifiable?

I see this is a Ricoh driver.

Some of these depend on your output mode. Flip and negative are only relevant when making separations.

Other things depend on the capabilities of your output device, as described by the device PPD.

It looks as if this device may not support custom screening, but if it does, you can click on the plate name then change the screening parameters.
