Adobe Arobat 11.0.23 - Can't change Content Editing app

I am running Adobe Acrobat XI version 11.0.23.  A while ago I stopped being able to open MS Paint to edit. I know that's a common problem. When selecting Microsoft Paint from the "Edit Using" dropdown menu, I receive a message saying I have to got to Preferences, then Content Editing and then choose Image Editor.  When I get to Content Editing, I only have one option ("Enable Artifical Bold/Italic Font Styles).  There is no Image Editor option/icon/drop down menu.  Any answers?  I've tried repairing the software, also moving the Preferences folder temporarily to a separate location.

Do you happen to have Windows 11? We've seen some similar reports recently, but there's really not much that can be done about it, as Acrobat XI is an old and unsupported version, and not compatible with any current OS, which means such problems are to be expected.

Yup, I do have Windows 11.  I'll have to see if anyone perhaps has a solution.  Thanks for the reply.
