Hello all,

We are an International School in Hong Kong.

We use the Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive Chrome extenstion to help us update the text boxes and drop down marks in our fillable report cards PDF files, These PDF files are uploaded to the School's Google drive for shared update. In this way all updates can be done directly on the Drive and no need to download, update and upload again.

All were working fine in January this year when we did our 1st term report card. Now we are doing the 2nd term ones but found that the text boxes only worked for English text. When we entered Traditional Chinese into the text boxes, the 'Save' button will not show up. We need to update something else, like a drop down item, in order to make it appear. But even though the 'Save' button appeared, the Chinese text still would be cleared after we clicked the 'Save' button and could not be updated at all

Just wonder if anyone knows what the problem may be.

I have tied uninstall and re-install the Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive extension, but the problem still persists. It is there in both Mac and Windows platform and in all the Chrome, Safari and MS Edge browser.

Thanks,

Albert.
