Hi there,

When sending an email with an adobe acrobat it is returning my email saying the sender has rejected due to possible spam. They are only roughly 165kb so not big.

I contacted microsoft support and they have told me to compress and zip the file, which I did and it sent but came through as a folder that you need to download and open, not sure my clients will like this.

I have never had any problems sending emails, these are regular email addresses that I use and regular attachments...why now?

I can send word and excel documents with no worries.

HELP please 🙂

If you're experiencing email delivery issues with Adobe Acrobat attachments being flagged as spam, it's likely due to the attachment's file type or content. Compressing and zipping the file can sometimes help because it changes the file extension, making it less likely to trigger spam filters. However, the inconvenience of recipients needing to download and open the folder may not be ideal. To resolve this issue, you might consider converting your PDF files to a different format, such as Word or Excel, before sending them. Alternatively, you can try sending the files through a cloud storage service like Google Drive or OneDrive and sharing the link in your emails. This should ensure  smoother delivery and access for your clients.

We have the same issue with some Customers (it can be  a real problem), and we suspect it is an ADOBE Acrobat trigger for a security risk on our Customer's side.  We print the PDF as an 'MS Windows PDF' and this has always solved this issue.  POSSIBLY >>>>>> ADOBE could get this sorted?
