Clients are receiving NTDLL errors and there appears to be an issue with Encompass and Adobe. We were asked to contact support and reference the following:

Can someone please assist?

Would you mind sharing the Adobe application and its version details you are using?
Also, please share the screenshot of the error message at the client's end.
Posting in the community forums is NOT contacting Adobe support. Bear in mind, since you don't define what you mean by "Adobe", there is no support for the free Acrobat Reader.
