Re Acrobat Pro DC: I had a subscription for € 11,89 per month. When Adobe suddenly started charging 17,84 for June, I asked - via PayPal - for reimbursement of difference € 5,95. Difference was reimbursed, but simultaneously my subscription was cancelled. I immediatley entered into a new 11,89 subscription for June, but asked - again via PayPal - for reimbursement of fromer June payment. This was again "translated" into a cancellation of my subscription. Now I have payed 2 x 11,89 for June and 0 service (no subscription). Adobe is not approachable neither by email not hotline. What am I supposed to do?

As we do not have access to the billing info, there is not much that can be done from our end.
