I have been struggling with an issue that is causng Outlook to crash. "Slow and Disabled Add-ins" "Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat" Outlook claims to disable the add-in but it somehow always get re-enabled.
I have tried
manually disabling it
opening Outlook as admin and removing the add-in all together
Changing the follwing reg keys load behavior to zero
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\office\Outlook\addins\PdfmOutlook.PDFMOutlook
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\PdfmOutlook.PDFMOutlook
Chaning the Outlook folder name located at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\PDFMaker\Mail to Disable so the path to add-in maybe would not be found.
All of this and fresh install of Acrobat Pro and the same steps again.
How can I opt out of the Cloud Document plug-in entirely so that Outlook will not crash for user?
