Adobe cloud storage

I have a current Acrobat Adobe Pro subscription and need to upgrade my Cloud storage limit from the standard 100GB to around 3TB. How do I do this? Also, can anyone confirm whether Adobe cloud storage allows for documents to also be automatically stored on local drive?
