I subscribe my plan at Aug 2023, which is an annual plan, but it didn't end at Aug 2024, instead, it continue annual plan without any approve or click by myself.
Now I want cancle but angent of Adbobe told me I need pay cancle fees, and he quit supporting without any results, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Sorry for the trouble. I have no solution for you, just some remarks:
All annual subscription plans renew automatically, if not cancelled. The terms and conditions came with the confirmation mail when you took your subscription. If you cancel before the last month of your subscription, you will have to pay an early termination fee of half of the remaining due. So for a product that you do not use, immediate cancellation is cheaper than waiting for the last month.
In conclusion, either you cancel now and pay the early cancellation fee, or you try contacting customer care again, and you ask for a free cancellation on a good-will basis.
