We are upgrading to Adobe Creative Cloud from 2017.  A created a javascript file that we have been using in 2017.  The file is located in the \\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2017\Acrobat\Javascripts.  That file path doesn't exist for Adobe Creative Cloud.  Where can I place that file where it can be accessed by the new version?

Adobe Creative Cloud doesn't use JavaScript. Look for the path of Acrobat.
