I have been running the trial version of Creative Cloud with Adobe Acrobat Pro for about a week. At least once a day I get the attached error message. I have tried the solutions I found under Adobe tech support and a few ideas from this forum. I still get the error message. Does anyone have a newer or better solution? Thank you.
If that is the case, as described
Honestly, I bought the application beause I need Arcobat Pro for a few months. If don't intend to use any other part of Creative Cloud.
You may try to remove the Application and the creative cloud application using the creative cloud cleaner tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the Acrobat Pro using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

We are sorry to hear that.
Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html and see if that works.

I tried all four suggested fixes for the error message and again, today, I got the same message. Honestly, I bought the application beause I need Arcobat Pro for a few months. If don't intend to use any other part of Creative Cloud. But it seems a shame that the message is so vague and the fix is so illusive. Thanks for your interest in my issue, Amal.

I have the same problem now...
Good morning, after purchasing our license, we have problems on the installation of adobe creative cloud product. We get this error message :Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to solve the problem, but it is missing or damaged. Download and install a new copy of creative cloud from “http//www.adobe.com....”
We proceeded to reinstall the product, using the “Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool” but with no results.
On another pc we succeeded but would like to succeed on this one.
Has anyone solved it? Is there a procedure to install photoshop without installing Adobe creative cloud?

Hi @elena.miolo,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!
To test, would you mind installing Acrobat from the link here: https://adobe.ly/4ebEjX9
Once you go through, Creative Cloud should be installed automatically, and Acrobat installation should start from within Acrobat.
Note: Please make sure that the Creative cloud desktop Application has been removed using the cleaner tool before trying this.
Thanks,
Souvik

Good morning, unfortunately on the PC in question this setup file also closes automatically as soon as it reaches 1.5 %. Can we try something else?

@elena.miolo Thanks for the quick response.
For Acrobat, you can download the direct installer from here: Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license (adobe.com)
If for other apps, please let me know the app's name, and I'll create a direct link for the offline installer.
Through the offline installer, the app should install while also installing Creative Cloud in the background.
One area that I would like to check would be the available storage on the primary drive where you are installing the application.
