Adobe creative cloud sign in issue

Hi All,

one of the user is facing the issue where he is not prompting for the Account selection prompt (Personal & Company) while sign in and only Adobe ID(personal) is able to get signed in not with the enterprise one.

both Adobe ID and Enterprise one is same email address.

it is very critical issue and has been esclated highly as user is one of the VIP and not able to do his work.

kindly suggest asap.

when user put his email address and continue it directly take him to the password page,

while other users are prompting for choose your account (Personal or Company/school), on password page when he tries to put the password as same as his login password it says password is wrong, however when he put the personal adobe id password on the same page it takes it.

kindly suggest. i would be very grateful.
