Adobe DC Comments - apostrophe is showing as copyright sign in Chrome or Edge

My comments in Adobe DC showing not correct in Chrome or Edge, it turns an ' (appostrophe) into a copyright sign, other special characters are  unreliable as well. see attached screenprints

Tried all updates, using diffent fonts in comments, all fonts are embeded, its not working

Chrome and Edge are web browsers with minimal PDF support, you should not use them for reading PDF files.
