Hi, Please HELP! Adobe DC Crashing when opening (won't open)- Creative Cloud still working, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe without sucess.

Your help would be appreciated 🙂

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version of the application please use the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

 

As mentioned the application won't open and crash, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
