Lost 10 years of files in Adobe DC Document Cloud. Called Adobe Customer Service twice and was told tech support would call me back. No one called back. This is detrimental to my business.

Since you have already spoken to the assisted support team, is there any ticket/case number given about their discussion? 

If yes, then please share it with us.

 

  • Also, have you looked into your Adobe Document Cloud account using the correct email address under which you have saved all the files? Log in on the web and check once. https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ 
  • We'd also like to know if you have changed your primary email address or tried to update your email address? If the changes are not done correctly, or your new email isn't mapped at the backend, this may lead to data loss.
